Skills TOFTG: Build and Charge! Creating an Electric Charging Station
Join us at the Museum of Science and History for an electrifying hands-on workshop where boys and girls aged 9 and up can learn the fundamentals of electrical engineering by building a real charging station! This engaging class, hosted by This One’s for the Gals, will introduce young minds to the world of circuits, wiring, and sustainable energy.
Participants will:
- Learn about basic electrical concepts and safety protocols.
- Gain practical experience with tools and materials used in electrical projects.
- Work collaboratively to design, build, and test their own charging station.
By the end of the class, students will not only have a functional charging station to showcase but also a deeper appreciation for STEM fields and the confidence to explore more complex projects in the future.
